Approximately 10 miles northwest of downtown Lexington, Kentucky, Richland Hills, is located at 3110 Old Frankfort Pike between the historic towns of Midway and Versailles. Our neighbors include Three Chimneys, Shadowlawn and Waterford Farms.Other notable farms such as Lane’s End, WinStar, Airdrie and Stonewall are all located within a five mile radius of Richland Hills. From Lexington, take the Old Frankfort Pike exit off of New Circle Road (Hwy. 4) and travel northwest away from Lexington for approximately 8.5 miles to Richland Hills on your right. From Louisville, take I64 east to the Midway Exit. Proceed through downtown Midway on Hwy.62 for approximately 2 miles to the Nugents Crossing four-way stop (intersection of Hwy. 62 and Old Frankfort Pike (Hwy. 1681)), turn left on Old Frankfort Pike and proceed approximately 1.5 miles to Richland Hills on your left.
